    Unable to redeem code for xbox live


    I have been unable to redeem my code for the last 5 days and microsoft support tech just tell me to try again every hour. This is ridiculous, it is no way to treat a customer.

    I am unable to redeem this code for some reason on both xbox live or on xbox web page. I have no clue why I am unable to redeem it however, it keeps telling me to try again when I have been trying for several times. What is the issue?

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Is there anyone on your Xbox Live friends list that could have had access to your account or your Xbox One console that could have redeemed the code you were sent? Once a code is redeemed after it has already been sent, unfortunately
    we are unable to replace the code. Due to the code being redeemed, we are unable to further assist.
