Unable to redeem any code

Hey, i just want to ask if somebody can tell me why i can't redeem a 3 month golded membership code, i tried for 1 month to redeem it but its not working, i added the code and when i click confirm it says "something went wrong, try again later"or something
like that, i will appreciate if somebody can help me with any kind of informations that can help me redeem that code...

PS: i had a redeem code for 4200 microsoft points that it fails to confirm for more then 5 monts....

Stoopid question, but with everyone now having NXE, the instructions on the back of the manual are out of date, so where on earth do i go to redeem the code as i can no longer find an option called 'redeem code' will it work if i just select any song to download and then enter the code there? or is there an option within RB2 to redeem the code(not seen on if there is)

I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

I think its ok, im from Romania, i got my xbox from Romania, all the redeem codes that i use are from my country, should there be anything else that can unable the confirmation ?, should i change my location to UK or USA?, why is it so hard to confirm a
code...

 

I think we found your problem. Romania is not currently a Live supported country according to this link

Codes are region locked and can only be used for the region they were originally intended for. For example, if the Gold and Currency cards are for the US the gamertag must match the US region.

 

So... ok..., thank you for the information, il change my region and location right away

 

I have the same problem but mincrosoft dont let me change myregion.
