    hello, i was trying to redeem a code but it keeps telling me that something went wrong and i should try again later. Every time is the same and im getting so frustrated. can anybody help me please?

    How do I redeem a microsoft rewards code? I am unable to redeem the code. I have called support and they are unable to redeem the points. They advised me to put a post on how to redeem the points. Can you pls contact me to figure a way to redeem these

    Can you please check your billing information to ensure that its current and up-to date. You may do that here: Payment options Also, please check that you have no overdue balances on
    your account as those will need to paid in full before you can redeem/purchase any content onto your account. You may check that on your service page here: Services & subscriptions

    Afterwards, please check that your account security information is current at Security & Privacy. Please then try to redeem your
    code again online: https://redeem.microsoft.com/?wa=wsignin1.0

    That's because you used the account in Minecraft but not the account that redeemed the code, the code was redeemed in a different account and that's why it's not showing on your order history and you are unable to use it

    Unfortunately, you are unable to refund a gift card that has been redeemed. Xbox Support are unable to transfer across accounts.

    "Important Before you redeem your code, make sure that you're signed in to the correct Microsoft account on your device or browser. Codes that are redeemed on the wrong account cannot be transferred to another Microsoft account by Xbox Support."
