Unable to Redeem a Code on Xbox.com

Hello everyone, right now I am experiencing difficulties with redeeming a
12-Month Xbox Live Gold membership code on www.xbox.com/redeemcode. Whenever I
attempt to redeem the 25 digit code at the official Xbox website, the loading screen becomes stuck for a seamlessly infinite amount of time. I have tried restarting my computer, performing a virus scan via my antivirus program, and clearing my browsing cache
and cookies. In addition, I tried redeeming it on my Xbox 360 console, but for some reason I cannot connect to Xbox Live. I also checked the Xbox Live service alert and it does not show any signs that any aspects of the Xbox Live services are down(excluding
some of the apps).

Does anyone have a clue as to why this is happening for me? Is anyone else having this issue? I would greatly appreciate any support or thoughts regarding this problem. Thank you!

2) redeem code
3) change region to Brazil
4) Go ahead and hit the green button to paste the code
5) Change back to US region

I tried these steps last night and it worked. It doesn't make sense that you need to change the region for it to work, but w.e lol

 

Unable to redeem Visa PrePaid code.

I redeemed a $25 visa prepaid code but am unable to redeem it. The instructions in the email said that I should redeem the code on xbox.com but it is not a 25 digit code. Please help.
