Unable to redeem a code for a game from Microsoft Store.

Tried to redeem a code for a game from Microsoft Store. Download had an error, suggested a reboot. When I restarted and tried again, received a message 'This code has already been redeemed' . Any idea who I go to to resolve this?

Hi there,

It was from Mojang, however they were unable to help and kept sending the same response of instructions on how to redeem the code. When I click redeem on my Mojang account, it directs me to the microsoft store which tells me the code has already been redeemed.

A code can only be used or redeemed once. It must have been redeemed already to your account. Kindly check your account order history here https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ to confirm it.

If it's there, expand your order and click the game link you can see there to download it.

If you redeemed a code for a PC game through the Microsoft Store, you'll have to download/install it from the Microsoft Store as it isn't affiliated with Steam.

If you redeemed the code for the game, it will be available from the Microsoft Store after signing in with the same Email address. Just search it in the store
