Unable to redeem 2 out of 4 codes from purchasing GOW: Ultimate Edition

I managed to do this by using a VPN to connect to the US. I then accessed the Xbox website and redeemed my code there with my account. That worked with zero problems.

I will give it a go, thanks for being responsive, Smwutches! I will update the thread when I get around to trying it.

Meaning the console does a check on my ip address? I changed both console and account location to Singapore, although I reside in Malaysia. I will try redeeming on my laptop through a browser once I fly back to Singapore and see if that works.

That is weird though. When I key in the code, it is recognised as active and redeemable. I was able to redeem the other two codes, I should be able to redeem all of them.

When I do redeem it, it just tells me an error has occurred, and to try again later. I have tried multiple times with the same result.

I will try the region settings. I am based in Malaysia, I assume I should try to change it to SG, which is a Xbox Live country.

It still sounds like you have some of your settings mis-matched. Does your Xbox Live account region match your physical region? You can follow the steps in the

region migration guide to be sure that your physical location and your Xbox Live account regions match.
