Unable to Recover Old Account

Howdy, I have an account that I made way back in the early-to-mid 2010's in order to just save the gamertag, as I wanted to move on to a shiny new name. Now here I am, years later, remember the name and significance it had to me and I wanted to recover the account and start using it again. Unfortunately, when I signed in to my old xbox 360, I was unable to view the email address associated with the account. Connected it to the internet, booted it back up, and went to sign in to it, but it prompts me with entering in the email address. Y'know. The one that I'm trying to find out in the first place in order to sign in to the account. So since I can't view the email address on my original xbox 360, is there ANY WAY for me to get the email address of this account? I 100% can enter the password, given that 10 years ago I had the same password for a lot things, but I have no idea what the random throwaway email address was that I made in order for this account to just sit on the gamertag name for me until I wanted it again. After multiple rounds of talking to xbox support trying to find a solution I've been continuously told that I can't even be told what the email address listed on the account is unless I receive and enter a confirmation code from the email address during the support chat/call. I'm sorry but I just want to reiterate that for everyone if you forget what the email address associated with your account is, you have to then receive an email from support to that account, and then confirm its association with the xbox account, in order to be told what the email address associated with the account is. The mental gymnastics required to make that seem like a sensible idea is so confounding that I'm currently spinning around in my chair like a 6 year old sitting in an office chair at a divorce lawyer's office. So, my question (or questions because I'm going to make this a two-parter) to all of you (and hopefully to some Xbox Support Staff) is:

1. Is it possible to recover a 10 year old Microsoft/Xbox Live without access to the email address or phone number associated with the account?

2. Is there any way, at all, to find out the email address associated with your Microsoft/Xbox Live account if you have forgotten all information except for the password and address associated with the it?

Now I understand your situation, but if you could not get the verification code trough the email or the security information set up for the account, the online support can't provide you with any information for security reasons. The reason for this is to prevent fraudulent actions and for your account's security, because let's say somebody else gave them your gamer tag (Because the gamer tag is generally displayed which makes it reachable by many) and claimed to be the owner of your account and then proceed to request the email without going through the verification process. If the online support provided that information, your account will be at risk of being hacked, and the support would be the reason that happened and therefore contributed to a fraudulent scenario. I really understand your case, but I hope it's clear now why the online support couldn't provide you with the email.

As for the questions, unfortunately you won't be able to Recover your account (live.com) because the email is required (again, for security reasons). As for the ways to find out the email, you can check this for further information => Find your Microsoft account email address | Xbox Support.

So if the hacker changes all the information associated with the account then you will be unable to recover the account even if you give the old details?

I am so sorry you are having issues recovering your account and this awful experience with bad actors.

If you are blocked by two-step verification then you would have to go through the 'I do not have this option' prompts that appear when you attempt to sign until you can change your security information and wait 30 days. If all of the options are inaccessible when it asks you to authenticate yourself another way then the account will be completely unrecoverable. I am sorry. There is no other support system in place. =/

When you recover you account a version of it will be left behind on the old console and while it may appear to operate as normal it will be unable to connect to Live.

Transferring it with the cable moves the one version from point A to point B.
