    Unable to record clips to Xbox live


    I've been attempting to record clips on many games just to find them not uploaded to Xbox live however when I take a screenshot it uploads. I have checked my account settings and my preferences I have restarted my xbox and even deleted my account from the
    Xbox and put it back on. I also checked on another account were I could upload clips and it worked. What should I do?

    Hey there DeadlyMinecreep,

    Are you still running into issues with this? When you go to the Community tab on the Xbox One home screen and then click on the 'Manage Captures' symbol (a picture of a film strip with a controller in front of it), what happens if you try to share one of
    the clips in there? Does it give you an error message? Are you able to share older clips and new clips but they just don't show up on your feed? When was the last time you were able to share a clip specifically? Let us know and we're happy to help try and
    investigate what's going on further.
