    Unable to record 60fps Xbox One X


    Hello. So for a while I was able to set my tv to 1080p and 120hz and that enabled my xbox one x to record at 60fps. This was about 2 months ago. I am unable to do that now. I am a member of the alpha skip ahead ring. I have done some research into it I can't seem to find any good answers, just wanted to ask for myself and get an answer from you users thank you

    This comparison is available through our website, found here on this page. In this case, an example on the page describes that the Xbox One X console will
    stream and record in 4K resolution at 60FPS, taking into consideration that this would be on a TV without 4K, this would mean that you would be capable of streaming/recording in 1080P at 60FPS.

    4K Passthrough?

    I saw it has HDMI 2.0B thingy on this site.

    If say you connect an Xbox One X to your 4K HDTV, you should still be able to:

    1. Download the YouTube and Netflix apps, onto your Xbox One X, and still be able to watch in 4k 60fps?

    2. Use Xbox One X 4k Blu-ray player to watch 4k Blu-ray disc movies in 4k 60fps?

    3. Play games on Xbox One X, in 4k 60fps?

    it will connect at 120hz but i think most games will target 60fps 1440 as the xbox one struggled to get 40fps in some games and xbox one x struggled to maintain 60fps most of the time.

    Greetings,

    Please forgive my lack of knowledge in regards to my following questions.

    I recently became interested in streaming and wanted to give it a try. So I decided to upgrade from my Xbox One and just purchased a new Xbox One X.

    The Xbox One X states that it streams and records clips in 4K resolution at 60FPS. But I have not been able to reach these specs.

    My internet speed is 300 up/down and is hardwired to my Xbox One X. While broadcasting to Mixer, my stream is only 720p and 30FPS.

    Why not 4K or atleast 1080p as I see most other streamers have? And why 30FPS not 60FPS?

    Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.
