Unable to receive points deposit--erroneous billing profiles?

Those billing accounts would have been created if you changed regions of your account. Keep in mind that if you purchased games while tied to another region you would receive your Rewards for that region specifically. For assistance with the Rewards program
you'll need to reach back out on the

How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?

In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account, you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points
card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

Thanks for posting! At this point, all eligible users have received an Xbox Live message detailing the error and have received the appropriate credit on or around June 21st, 2016. You can check to see if you received an Xbox Live Rewards Deposit on that
date by checking your billing and order history here. If you did not receive an Xbox Live message or deposit from Xbox Live Rewards regarding the $10 credit for the Fallout 4
pricing error, then unfortunately you did not meet the eligibility requirements and we are unable to further assist.

Our system is reporting an error depositing since it cannot locate an available Microsoft billing account to deposit into. Since we cannot deposit into a Credit Card or other similar payable account (like paypal, etc.), the deposit fails. This is mentioned

I have checked my billing points history and found no deposits of 400 points or multiple deposits that equal up to 400 points.
