Unable to Receive Party or Game Invites

I am able to send and receive messages via Xbox One. I am able to invite anyone to a party or a game. I use Smartglass to message people through the xbox.

My issue is that i cannot receive invites to games or parties.

I've done the following to remedy the situation:

-Opened NAT

-Turned notifications off, then back on

-Allowed communication from everyone in privacy settings

-deleted, then re-downloaded profile

-powered down, cleared cache (10 second power button hold), unplugged

-signed out of all other devices (Xbox PC App, Smartglass)

I'm at my wit's end. I don't know what else i can do. Is there something i haven't tried yet? I spent 2 hours with customer support to no avail.

I am having the same issue. Contacted xbox support for fix and they told me trouble shoot LOL . You tube is more help. go to network / network settings/ advanced settings/ alternate mac address and have it restart. This worked for me. For now I have
read it comes back and as of now Support had no other suggestions for me today

 

Hey sunshineM0F0! It sounds like you've tried most troubleshooting steps at this point. What ISP and hardware are you using? How many Xbox One consoles are on the network? Post back and let me know!
