Unable to receive party chat invites on Win10 Xbox app

Hello guys,

I downloaded the xbox app to play forza 7 but I'm having some issues with the party chats..

First of all, my friends can't send me invites, I'm not seeing them..

Second, sometimes I got some disconnection from the party chat.

I opened ports in my router, both TCP/UDP: 88/80/53/3074/500/3544/4500.

I have Upnp activated and I can see a Teredo port open on 60209.

Before doing all of this, the NAT type and connection to xbox live service were fine and are still fine.

What can I do?

Xbox App Party Issues

I don't have an Xbox One microphone, so I would use the Xbox App on Windows 10 to talk in parties, for some reason today after an update, I am unable to receive party invites on the App. Please help?

 

Xbox App crashing

Recently after a windows update i notice that i would not receive party invites on the xbox app, annoying alone, but it also came with another bug...If im already in a party and someone else invites me to another party the Xbox app crashes. Making have
to open the app again and rejoin the party, making it impossible to be in a party with constant invites.

 

I just got the error message 0x8923180B.. I've check the xbox support topics and done a lot of things but the issue is still happening..

• Are you able to join party chats and multiplayer games using a different profile?
• Does the same issue occur when playing a different game online?
• Have you made any changes to your network settings prior to the issue?

Routers, both wired and wireless, contain embedded software called firmware. The router firmware includes network protocol, security, and administrative features. Routers that have older information stored in the firmware may not work correctly.

Router manufacturers often provide updates that improve performance, stability, security, and connectivity. Updating router firmware can resolve issues with slow performance or dropped connections.

You can download these firmware updates and install them yourself. Your computer needs to be directly connected to the router using an Ethernet cable so you can upload the new firmware file directly to the router.
