Font know why.. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; trying to download Borderlands 2 but it keeps telling me to update payment info. i updated all info and it still doesnt work. any help would be...     trying to download Borderlands 2 but it keeps telling me to update payment info. i updated all info and it still doesnt work. any help would be appreciated.

    No Multiplayer Online!

    I'm not sure why you chose that particular font (luckily, it was easy to cut and paste into Word to get it to a legible font), but, yes, the reason that you cannot play online multiplayer is because you are playing with a free/Silver account. You must have
    a gold subscription to play online multiplayer.

    Exactly, because the problem is in the font, an option for testing is to use an ontra font on your xbox.

    Hi Simaq,

    Thanks for contacting us on the Forums!

    This should be an easy fix!

    You know your log in credentials which is perfect. The issue I think it is is a GUI scaling issue. Do you use larger text on your mobile device? If so this will cause the font to be bigger and that is why you cannot see the rest of the options.

    If you can go into your device settings and reduce the font size to normal this should fix your issue.

    • Open your device's Settings app.
    • Tap Accessibility, then tap Font size.
    • Use the slider to choose your font size.
