    Unable to read disc.


    I have been trying to play COD advanced warfare for a while now. Trying different discs each time. Everytime i try to play, Mostly trying to play local (no internet), it says unable to read disc and stops spinning. The game is still going beind the error
    onto the gameplay. But once i push okay for the error to go it takes me back to home. What could i possibly do to fix this? Because it isn’t the disc that is the problem.

    X1 does not read disc after being able to install and play a game disc

    Sorry to hear about that. Did you purchase the bundle recently and still have the receipt? If so I would suggest taking it back to the retailer you purchased it from and see what they can do for you. Usually they will allow for an exchange of the same product
    within a certain time period.

    Sorry to hear about that. Did you purchase the bundle recently and still have the receipt? If so I would suggest taking it back to the retailer you purchased it from and see what they can do for you. Usually they will allow for an exchange of the same product
    within a certain time period.

    Cleaning is the answer, only takes a speck of dust on the laser lens to prevent it reading correctly.

    Buy a CD/DVD len cleaner disc, about 5 dollars US, It is a disc with small brushes that clean the laser lens. This has helped me extend the life on two Xboxes. They can be found anywhere discs are sold
