Unable to read Deadpool 4K Blu-Ray on Xbox One S

Hello everyone,

I am facing a problem at a whole new level, I try to read a 4k Blu-Ray (Deadpool) on my Xbox One S, but it stops 44mins (chapter 12).

I am unable to read forward, it is like the blu ray app has frozen. My first tought is that the xbox one S lens is not able to ready multilayer blu ray, but I am unable to confirm that, I only have ONE 4K blu-ray...

Yesterday, I went to my vendor market (Fnac) who has multiple bluray readers, and the film does not stop at 44mins... So yes, the problem is my Xbox....

I try all of the following steps :

- Uninstall/reinstall bluray app

- reboot Xbox

- factory reset Xbox

And I am still facing the problem, if anyone has the same problem, eventually with an other 4K bluray disk, I will feel less alone

Total system crash on Xbox One S while running a UHD 4K BluRay & no ATMOS or DTS X.

I have a xbox one S, and 4k playback was successful with BvS, deadpool, and Risen. However the movie Criminal will not load for me on the xbox. My samsung 4k blu ray player has no problem playing the disc so I know it's not fefective. Please fix this
in an update xbox.

I tried the above suggestion to delete the app and reboot. So far I've come across 2 4K movies that will not play on my Xbox One S. I've confirmed both movies work in a Samsung 4K player. Criminal and Eddie the Eagle will not play or even load the menu.
Deadpool works for me. The standard blu-ray and 3D blu-ray movies i've tried so far also work.
