Agree, try some friends of yours to comment aswell cause I need something fixed asap, something only a virtual agent can do

None, and no ambassador or agent in these forums are helpful, all they do is copy/paste from their little log of responses. But we need to keep this bumped so others can reply if they are getting this error as well.

i get the same thing. Microsoft support is the worst support system ive ever seen. none of their support people actually want to help you fix the issue

In addition, either click no when asked by the virtual agent if the information provided helped - normally you should only need to do this twice, or type 'No thanks' into the Virtual agent chat window.

Now, you should be offered to either chat to a real person or request a call back.
