Unable to reach "Privacy & Online Safety" setting

So I've bought Minecraft. It says "Multiplayer is disabled. Please check your Microsoft account settings" When I hover above the Multiplayer or Realms button. I decided to google it. Not all guides are the exact same, but they all suggested to go to this page. Every time I do so, it redirects me to Xbox support. On there, it also has links to the same page.. When I clicked it, it redirects me to the same page. My age is under 18 and there is no parent account to control my Xbox account. I also tried opening it on several different browsers, tried entering different variations of the same link (which is the same as https://account.xbox.com/settings ), etc. All I know is that i am not able to access https://account.xbox.com/settings because it redirects me to this Xbox support page. The device and Minecraft platform isn't a console, it's a PC.

Since your account is not under any parental account. We recommend to request a call from support as there may be an issue with your account. Your account may need to be investigated as it may be glitched.

If an adult (Parental) account is associated with your safety and privacy settings then you are unable to change those settings.

to clarify, is your account a child or adult account? If you want to manage your child's privacy settings, see
