unable to re-enter redeeming code

recently purchased xbox 360 500gb included bo2 and bo ghosts( ghosts is a disc and bo2 is download with code)i did the register protocol and then entered 25 digit code for bo2 started downloading and at 47% it quit and stated cant download call of duty
,now when i re-enter it states code already used try another one.There should be an easy fix for this any info will be appreciated thank you for your time

How to Redeem a Code on Xbox One - QR Code or 25 Character Code

Hey guys! Okay, so you need to figure out how to redeem codes on the Xbox One? Well, there are a few ways of doing this.

1.

• Login to Xbox.com (top right hand side)
• In the top bar, mouse over Xbox Live Gold
• You'll see 'Redeem Code' in the drop down list
• Click 'Redeem' and enter your 25 digit code!

If your code is a game or DLC, it will automatically start downloading once you login to your Xbox, unless you have your Xbox in standby, which will allow it to download right away!

• From the main page of the Xbox One dashboard, scroll to the right to the 'Games' section and select that section -or- If your Kinect is connected, say "Xbox, Use a Code"
• If you have a QR code (that square looking code thing), you can hold it up to your Kinect to redeem it.
• If you have a 25 digit code, in the lower left of the screen, you have the option to "enter the 25-character code." Click that and enter your code. Confirm your code and you're all set!

Your item will automatically download. Enjoy!

XB Black Ops 3 beta

Did anyone get to try the beta out on XB yet? Still showing the code redemption site as being down and I'm still unable to get the code entered.

 

So if you have entered the code on your gamer tag then you do not need to re-enter it again. You should now have a licence for the game attached to you account. You have 2 options. 1 go to download History under settings and account and you should be able
to re download it from there. Or go to the marketplace go to the game and instead of it giving you a price it should just let you re install the game. I assume Bo2 is COD2. Make sure as well that you are attempting to re-download it with the profile that you
used to redeem the code.
