UNABLE to Re-downloading BO2

Ive purchased BO2 a while back and downloaded it in to a thumb drive which got stolen a week ago. So I tried Re-downloading it a couple of times and kept saying "error file" so i just kept deleting it and kept trying. All of a sudden it ccompleted and said
" unable to download" can anyone help pls?

when am i able to msg my friends again?

If the ban has lifted and you are still unable to communicate try removing the account from the console and re downloading it.

There was a problem following this game

I have uninstalled Destiny and re-installed by downloading it and I am still unable to follow the game. I get the same error.

Hello there,

many other people are having the exact same issue as your are. Have you checked that you have enough hard drive space for the map pack to download? Is your internet connection weak or strong? and are you on the xbox live dashboard while trying to download
the DLC?

If it's not in your download history under account management, then you never purchased the game.

Check billing.microsoft.com for a more details on the things you have purchased.
