Unable to re-download

Hi,

Just picked up the 14 day trial to play 360 games on Xbox one, Wednesday I downloaded Xcom enemy within, played the game really enjoyed it, tried to play it yesterday and the game hung on the title screen, went through the motions of quitting the game via
start menu and restarting the Xbox, game would still get stuck on the load screen.

I uninstalled the game, when I go to it's store page to reinstall , there's no option on the page to download it again.

Suggestions?

If it's not in your download history under account management, then you never purchased the game.

Check billing.microsoft.com for a more details on the things you have purchased.

And be sure you are using the account that initially bought the content. Only the account that bought the content will be able to redownload it.

Xbox Live account and I can see that you're playing XCOM right now. Looks like you were able to find the game again. Are you still having issues?

You've transferred the licence but it's not appearing in your download history?

If you search for the game on xbox live, and go to download it, the menu might pop up and say 'Download again?' and say that it won't cost you anything. That's what I did when I transferred my profile to my new xbox.

If that doesn't work you might find the solution here -

Or possibly here -
support.xbox.com/.../download-content.

Hi YummyButtFruits! I understand you are having trouble with downloading your old DLC packs onto a new hard drive. One of the the suggestions I was told in the past was to check up to see if they are in your past download history.

Here are the steps.

1. Maneuver over to your settings tab on your Xbox LIVE dashboard.

2. Click on "Account" and move down to "Download History" and click on that as well.

3. Check to see if you have your past downloads all in this area. If you do, then we now know they are still available to get.

4. Click your "B" button on your controller and move down to "Licence Transfer" and follow the on-screen instructions.

If this does not work, please report in this thread for further assistance.
