Unable to put new post in account/suspension section

Im posting here as it dosnt allow me to make new post in correct forum

I wish to get more information about and xbox live account permanent ban i was told i have as im unable to access the enforcement page to find out more. I have no idea why this would happen and would like an explanation .

I am having to use an older gamertag just to be able to access this forum,could someone please inform me why this has happens as 3 days ago i got a txt saying i had a temp ban for messages i think but the end date said 10 september 2016 but this message
arrived 3 days ago and then today the 27th September my account signed out and i got email about enforcement but can not got to website to check the reason. Im confused as i cant have done anything more wrong as i was already unable to message due to suspension.

Please could someone just give me information and if this is a mistake please

Also i just registered my new xbox one S to this gamertag today and then theres this issue.Is this anything to do with it?

 

The xbox enforcement forums are no longer in use the enforcement team now uses (enforcement.xbox.com/home) any information regarding account suspension devices suspensions etc will be posted
there.

 

And that's the whole problem as it does not allow me to sign in there. Microsoft need to get a professional arrangement in place to deal with the publics problem of contact with the enforcement team. They are supposed to be open and honest and be fair but
I have no information about what's going on and the only way to contact them is inaccessible. Absolutely incompetent and unprofessional.

An Xbox Suspension does not block a Microsoft Account from signing in. If you're having issues with your account I would suggest contacting customer service
here. That said, they would only be able to help with your account, and they will not be able to help in any way with the suspension itself. If you can go to
https://account.microsoft.com and login, you should be able to login to the enforcement site. If you cannot log into to any Microsoft site with your account, you'll need to go

here for help on logging in.

 

Hi. I already have a contact in customer service and spent a good half hour today trying to resolve this with him and he's miffed also as to why I can't access my enforcement history as evening its a console or permanently suspended live account you can
always access your enforcement account history. Judging by the forums here there's plenty banned around same time as me with Jo explaining or be able to access there enforcement account. Just another failed area of Microsoft I guess. Over zealous policing
of trivial matters with no common sense used.

Have you tried accessing that site through both mobile and PC? If you can, give that a shot and let us know how it goes. If the issue persists, please let us know which browsers you have tried so we can take a further look.

While it's true that Xbox Forum staff are unable to assist with Enforcement inquiries, this particular issue with accessing that page will need to be looked at.

Yes i have tried every way to access it and nothing works. used my laptop with chrome then explorer and deleted all history and passwords then tried my tablet and phone and my wife's phone which has never accessed Microsoft site so is definitely not a cache
thing.

There are lots of people here who have the same issue. This should not be happening and i should have the right to appeal as i believe i have been double suspended when it should have been just a collective suspension not a temp and then another during the
temp suspension as its impossible to do anything bad while your already on a temp suspension.

I have never sworn or used language to warrant a perm suspension and the worst i used was calling someones connection and them a sponge tramp,hardly offensive and all other reports are because people cant handle being beat and i regularly checked my report
page after going online gaming and have seen lies reported on me,especially the cheating reports,its impossible to cheat and i dont ever use voice chat but got many reports of voice.

Its outrageous and this system is abused constantly.

I have lost so many games and addons because i just brought new Xbox s and cant download my stuff to it now.

OK i have explained everything already here,im now seriously frustrated that nothing can be done.

Beep i can not even sign into the enforcement to look at cases let alone apply for review which is the whole problem i and it seems hundreds more can not do.

This is an unfair system thats broke and no other company in the world would have such an amateur system an thats always Microsoft way,they care not at all for consumers.

Getting petty little bans about messaging people about there poor connections and that they are ruining games is all i have ever done and i get a perm ban with no explanation. Losing all my add ons and achievements for my gamer tag and not being able to
re download my games I PAYED FOR to onto my new xbox S . I register my new Xbox and later that day im banned for probably some fake reason that they have no evidence for such is this disgraceful process where people can lie and make up false reports.

If gears of war was on PlayStation my Xbox's would be sold as Microsoft are the worst and care nothing for people. They dont even have a complaint procedure or phone-line such is there contempt ,no doubt it would be ringing 24/7 365.

Absolutely appalling.

Could you let us know if you are getting any new errors when trying to sign-in? Be sure you're signing into the original account that was banned and not the newer one you created.
