Unable to put in my billing address because I'm being limited to united states addresses?

I am currently struggling to install the free xbox360 game with gold for the month. Whenever I select to get it I'm told I need valid billing information, this prompts me onto the "Billing Contact Information" page on the microsoft edge app where I can input
my address. However I am unable to change the country/region to the United Kingdom (where I live and have for the past 4 years) and am therefore unable to enter my details. When I select the little globe in the bottom left to change locale and select united
kingdom it just reverts back to the "Billing Contact Information" page with it still only letting me enter American addresses. The xbox itself is from the UK, and I have billing info set up fine outside of microsoft edge which works fine for xbox one games.
I can also confirm I do have a running xbox live gold subscription. All of the language and location settings on the xbox are also set to the united kingdom as well. I did previously live in the United States about 4 years ago, where I created the account
but only used it for a single PC game and then did not use the account until I got my xbox one.

Please help, it sucks to have to miss out on the xbox360 games with gold, especially when I cannot see any reason why.

Going overseas

I created my xbox live account in the united states and used a US credit card. Now I live in germany, and I'm trying to add my german credit card as a payment option, but I am unable to do so since the xbox only lets me enter US addresses. I am also not
able to change my billing information to an address outside the united states. What do I do?

Can anyone tell me how to change my country in my billing address? i put it as United States but i live in Jamaica so can anyone help me?

Also i'm quite new

Oh and also i bought the holiday bundle pack and for me to download halo reach it says unable to download in region so please help guys thanks

Ok, so as I said I changed the billing address and forgot to change it back. Is there a way to change it yes or no?

Both currencies says USD I would imagine it’s because I changed my billing address to my location which is Grand Cayman but my region on xbox is The United States.

Update: I changed my profile info to United States (I'm using VPN in Korea). My billing address is still Korea, I didn't change it..and it seems to be working now. I'm able to login. Thanks for your support.

One issue could be that when I changed my billing address, the old address is still there and I can't edit or delete it, because it says that it's being used for purchases and subscriptions, but it says the same thing about the new address I've put in..

- Yes, I was trying to replace/update my existing card details

- Unfortunately, I am unable to remove due to my game pass subscription being linked to the card. For the billing address though, as I am unable to put the entire address in the fields provided, I have shortened it so that it would fit.
