    Unable to purchase xbox360 yearly subscription


    I tried to purchase the yearly subscription to xbox 360 live by redeeming gift cards I received. Instead it delivered the $60 to my Microsoft account and the confirm payment button is greyed out and will not let me move on to the next step. This is totally
    disappointing.

    That's a deal meaning you purchase a yearly subscription, not a month for the 4.19. It's 4.19 a month by buying a yearly subscription.

    It's not possible to use currency on your account to purchase a gold subscription. Gold can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid gold card.

    Why can i no longer buy year subscription of xbox live?

    They removed the option to buy a 12 month subscription through Xbox over the summer. Anyone who had already purchased a 12 month and kept it going, would still get the yearly subscription. You can still buy yearly prepaid codes through retailers.
