Unable to Purchase Xbox One Game From Store with Paypal OR Visa

Each time I try to purchase a game, it tells me to try a different payment. I have already attempted to remove and reinstall payment options. My visa bank card account has plenty of funds, and Paypal definite works otherwise, as it took payment today for
Xbox gold subscription. Any suggestions?

Cannot use Paypal bank account to purchase

I actually tried adding my Paypal Mastercard to force the purchase of one game, but then MS gave the same error message (80167611) on the 2nd game I tried to purchase. I bought the 2nd game by adding a Visa linked to my actual bank account. So far I've used
my Paypal bank account, Paypal Mastercard, and a different banks' Visa to purchase. Ridiculous. If I can't use the Visa the next time I wanna purchase, I am going to flip a major flip!

This is the current information listed for the above error message:

The PayPal account you are trying to add is not supported. Xbox LIVE only supports PayPal accounts that have a credit card or confirmed bank account as a funding source. Update your PayPal account with one of these funding sources, or try using a different
PayPal account.

If you are unable to attach a credit card/debit card to the account and you're unable to add the PayPal account then you will need to purchase subscription cards from a retail store.

Hi, may i know if you can try with a completely different payment method?

For example, add a PayPal account and try using PayPal (if you don't have one you can create an account and link your debit card with Paypal)

My X1 settings only allow for Visa, American Express, or Master Card....Not sure if there is Paypal when buying games from the website or not?
