Unable to purchase Xbox LIVE subscription

Recently my debit card expired, and so I had to purchase Xbox LIVE with my new card. The only problem is, when I try to online I am told I can only have one per account, and when I try on my Xbox 360 I'm told there was an error. I would love to get back
to gaming online for the next month, so what's the problem and how can I fix it?

Good evening!

I'm a french xbox player and i'm having some trouble ton purchase a new XBOX LIVE subscription on this website.

After entering my credit card codes, I can't buy it.

It returns me to the payement choice's page and says "Impossible d'effectuer cette action pour le moment. Veuillez réessayer ultérieurement. Pour plus d'informations, rendez-vous sur www.xbox.com/support." wich mean in english :"Unable to effect this
action for now. Try later. For more informations, see www.xbox.com/support."

Is it happening to everybody actually? Or am I the only one to who it happens? How much time will I have to wait?

Now i would have done some helpful suggestions but because you have the Xbox one this may
be effecting your account in some way and may not be related to or suitable for the
Xbox 360 department forums and more for the Xbox one department.

if your experiencing difficulty's using the Xbox one Such As Unable to purchase Xbox LIVE subscription then your going to have to
take this topic post to the following department 03 - managing my Xbox live account on Xbox one for more efficient results and solutions.

Error pbr40441 occurs when trying to purchase an offer from an xbox one console

You see the following error code and message when you try to purchase an offer from your Xbox one console:

Only a limited number of these are allowed on any one account. This may mean that the offer you’re trying to purchase has already been purchased the maximum number of times allowed for your account. This offer cannot be purchased again using the same account.
Please try a different purchase.

But I DON'T have an Xbox One, I only have an Xbox 360, which I clearly mentioned in my post.

Try going to Sign in to your Microsoft account and see if it'll let you remove the old card and then add the new one. If it's still not working, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing.

Understand that Xbox Live is not supported to all countries. Being said, if you are unable to purchase recurring Gold subscription using any valid instruments may it be your region is under US, UK or other regions, you can try purchasing a prepaid Gold subscription
from any retailer store near you that sells Xbox.
