    Unable to purchase Xbox live gold on 360


    Today I tried to purchase 12 months of gold. I went through the normal process. I've done this 4 times already in the past with no problems. I press confirm purchase, it loads, and brings me back to the membership options screen with the option to choose
    1,3,or 12 months. It doesn't say anything, just brings me back to that screen when i press confirm purchase. I tried to purchase it on the website instead, but "found a glitch in the system" like I normally do when I try to use it. I would just like to have
    gold back so I can play online again, help would be appreciated.

    cant play xbox multiplayer

    you will be unable to play on xbox live without xbox live gold so make sure you purchase it

    Could you go to both Outlook.com - Microsoft free personal email and
    Sign in to your Microsoft account and check tat your billing details (address, valid card) are up to date and do not say there are any errors. Also check that the two pages match each other and preferably
    your account region should match the physical location.

    If you need to make any changes, do those and then try again.

    If all seems to be correct, go ahead and contact Phone Support as they can look into the account and help determine the problem and rectify the issue.

    Can't purchase free gold game. Your account is unable to make this type of purchase

    There seems to be no solution to this problem if a child account is the one with Xbox Live Gold and you don't have an Xbox 360.

    The parent account does not have the ability to get the Xbox Live Gold game for free.

    The child account gets the message "Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com".

    Is anyone able to kick off install/download XBox Live/Gold 360 free games on your XBox while on iPad?

    What I'm complaining about is not about unable to purchase the FREE XBox 360 game with Gold. \

    I am able to do it - BUT ONLY WHEN I AM ON A PC/LAPTOP

    There is no way to purchase the game through tablet. Just try purchasing a XBox 360 Live game of the month with any of your tablet or mobile device - you will know what I'm referring to.
