Unable to Purchase Xbox Live 12 Month Gold today

I tried to spend a good $60 on some Gold so I can play some games with my buddies online. I purchased it, and then it said Unable to download.

And my bank account said $60 was spent on it. What the heck is this Microsoft?

I want my Xbox Live 12 month Gold!!!!!!

No way am I purchasing it again. If Xbox doesn't resolve this issue i have had. I am definently throwing my Xbox 360 away. This is the 4th purchase issue since I had my Xbox 360.

Please help. This is rediculous.

No I have not used a trial card. I purchased a 12 month Xbox live gold membership today.

via xbox, The purchase is showing on my account purchase history.

on the boards no one can check your payments and subscriptions, you have to contact xbox Support directly

your gamertag is shown as Gold enabled here though, so what exactly is it you are trying to download?

Gold is no download when you purchase is on xbox.com or xbox console but activated on your Profile directly
