    Unable to purchase Xbox game pass


    I am facing an issue whilst purchasing the Xbox game pass, because when ever I enter my credit card details, I cant proceed further because my account is set to United states whereas I am from Pakistan. I have changed my country region to Pakistan but still when I proceed to make an purchase it shows my Country as United states and I cant change it.

    If you are still unable to activate the pass I wanted to mention there is an issue with purchasing and redeeming https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

    Also, if you had the Game Pass in the past a trial will not work

    I am unable to purchase anything (season passes, dlc, movies, etc..) on Xbox One. I can purchase on the Xbox 360 with no issue. I do not understand why on one console I can but on the other I am unable to purchase or even edit.

    Pakistan is not supported by Live and Game Pass is not available there. So it's defaulting to a region where it is supported. https://www.xbox.com/regions

    If we're unable to purchase a game that's leaving Game Pass to continue playing, that is ridiculous. This is a package of 2 games that are at least 60hrs each to play through, and Xbox gives very little notice that they're leaving.
