    Hi,

    I have moved from India to UK and purchased an Xbox one s. I had a Xbox live gold account. When trying to purchase the xbox game pass I get the following

    PUR-ConversionBlockedCurrencyCountryMismatch

    I have turned of recurring billing, change the region on my Microsoft account and Xbox as well.

    Nothing seems to work. And phone and web chat don't seem to be available.

    If you are still unable to activate the pass I wanted to mention there is an issue with purchasing and redeeming https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

    Also, if you had the Game Pass in the past a trial will not work

    I am unable to purchase anything (season passes, dlc, movies, etc..) on Xbox One. I can purchase on the Xbox 360 with no issue. I do not understand why on one console I can but on the other I am unable to purchase or even edit.

    Pakistan is not supported by Live and Game Pass is not available there. So it's defaulting to a region where it is supported. https://www.xbox.com/regions

    If we're unable to purchase a game that's leaving Game Pass to continue playing, that is ridiculous. This is a package of 2 games that are at least 60hrs each to play through, and Xbox gives very little notice that they're leaving.
