Unable to Purchase Xbox due to age restriction?

Im trying to buy an xbox one x with battlefield however whenever I go to buy I receive this error message, claiming that I'm not old enough to purchase the game:

However I am and my DOB is correct in my Microsoft acc.

Have you at any time altered your date of birth? The message shows that you are in a family.

Yes, it seems you have to check your parental resteictions in the settings of the console.

Change it by the main profile setted on.

This is due to a age restriction on the profile called 'Family Settings'. You have been restricted to play games of a certain age category, therefore you are unable to play online.

the simplest method would be for you to change the restriction on his account and then he should be able to purchase the game.
