Unable to "purchase" xbox 360 GWG

Hi everybody,

from some months, when I try to buy the GWG for xbox 360, at the moment of confirmation it remains in the loading phase without giving the result. Any other type of purchase takes place regularly without problems.

do you have any ideas to solve the problem?

Keep in mind your payment option MUST MATCH your actual region

So if you are in france but selected uk for english content with a uk creditcard it wont work

Not to mention you wouldnt be able to download 360 games and no only xbox one games are region free

Do you have valid payment options for x360 purchases? Even if it's free, games on Xbox 360 still require Paypal/CC.

Thanks for the answer, but yes, the payment method is valid, i can purchase everything on the market, except the xbox360 gwg

I have started getting exactly the same message. I never have and never will register my CC with Microsoft. XBOne GWG can be bought and downloaded fine but 360 GWG Free games I get this error. I know you can't (and never have been able to) 'purchase'
360 GWG via the website so I always boot up my 360 just to purchase them. Now I can't even get them via my 360! It has effectively halved the GWG I can get with my Gold subscription.

What gives Microsoft!?

It was free for 2 months when GWG launched on the xbox one.

@ D33dles,It's not free or a GWG title on the 360 this month.
