    Unable to purchase xbox 360 games


    Hello,

    For several days, I try to buy "dark soul" and "mirror's edge" but every time I have the following message :

    "Sorry, your purchase cannot be completed at this time, Please try again".

    I tried on the xbox one and directly on xbox.com.

    I tried paypal payment and credit card.

    Always the same message.

    Can you help me to fix this issue.

    Unable to purchase Xbox 360 games

    Hi,

    I'm having a little trouble when trying to acquire Xbox 360 games. I go through the process of buying a game, then I'm told that I have no valid payment methods whilst I've already saved my credit card and my PayPal. I click on add payment method and redirected
    to the GB site while I live in France. I am able though to purchase anything else on the store. Weird.

    What I'm complaining about is not about unable to purchase the FREE XBox 360 game with Gold. \

    I am able to do it - BUT ONLY WHEN I AM ON A PC/LAPTOP

    There is no way to purchase the game through tablet. Just try purchasing a XBox 360 Live game of the month with any of your tablet or mobile device - you will know what I'm referring to.

    I am unable to purchase anything (season passes, dlc, movies, etc..) on Xbox One. I can purchase on the Xbox 360 with no issue. I do not understand why on one console I can but on the other I am unable to purchase or even edit.

    If you are on a child account you will be unable to purchase anything digitally from the 360 marketplace unless you are on an Xbox 360 console.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. In this case you would need to try to log onto a Xbox 360 itself, then go to the Xbox 360 marketplace on the console. You may be able to purchase it there. Unfortunately, as Smwutches stated, you are unable to purchase some
