Unable to purchase Xbox 360 Games with Gold titles on Xbox.com in certain regions [infinite...

Hello. I am making this post just in case anyone in Microsoft wants to have a look at an issue that has been going on for months with no fix. There is no other place to report problems with Xbox.com so I will try to do my best describing the issue and convince
you that it is an issue on your end.

Since some months, any attempt to purchase an Xbox 360 Games with Gold title via Xbox.com will fail. When you click on purchase, the following screen comes up. (I have blurred the credit card info for obvious reasons but there is an active and valid payment
option on file.)





So, everything is alright but when we click on purchase, an infinite loading screen appears which never stops, never throws an error and never completes.





Reasons why the payment option is not the problem:

• I can purchase the title normally through the Xbox One console.
• I have used the payment option to purchase games and it works like a charm.

Reason why the problem isn't with my browser/PC:

• I've attempted the purchase in multiple PCs/phones and verified with my friends that use different accounts/payment options/devices.

So, a reddit user has made a research on this topic and found that "countries that use a comma as a decimal separator, as opposed to a dot are likely to have this problem (e.g. Belgium, Brazil, Germany, and many others)" and this is because they use the
comma to separate the price (49,99 EUR rather than 49.99 USD) and this effectively breaks the javascript function. (KUDOS to the user whose post can be found

It would be nice if Microsoft could have it looked into and fixed, because a user isn't always able to access their console at all times, and having the option to buy games from the website again would be nice.
