Unable to purchase Xbox 360 games since October 2018

I'm trying to purchase Finally Fantasy 13, but the error message I get is " Uh oh, that shouldn't have happened - looks like you have found a glitch." I've been having this problem since October last year but struggled to report it. Please help

is your payment option updated? if it is, you may want to go to

Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support. I'm sorry to hear about you not being able to make 360 game purchases since last October.

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and see what might be causing that issue. The agent would also be able to walk
you through some basic troubleshooting if needed.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Yes it is, it only affects Xbox 360 games though, normal Xbox One games are fine

@microsoft I need you to pay close attention before thinking about replying because while you try and make me look stupid see below:

August 2017- purchased FF15

October 26 2018- purchased FF15 gift

October 26 2018- purchased FF15 again (mistake wanted only dlc)

October 27 2018 refund given for Gift... wrong it was supposed to be for the FF15 I purchased on my account not the gift october 26 2018.

what is so complicated?
