Unable to Purchase WWE 2K17?

So im trying to buy WWE 2K17 deluxe edition on xbox one store and everytime i hit buy it gives me a window that says "Try that again, something went wrong on our end"

What the hell is this? i tried resetting my console twice, updated it and still the issue persists.

Is there some sort of issue with the store atm that i cant see? its not my xbox coz i went to purchase it in the store on PC and got the exact same error on my computer. went to test network connection and everything is perfect. no issues on my pc or xbox
in terms on connecting to the internet so i have no idea whats happening and any help would be appreciated.

How can I make WWE NXT a active show in WWE Universe in WWE 2K 15? I created WWE NXT and put it on the calender for every week but I'm unable playing WWE NXT in universe mode why?

 

WWE Network App not streaming content

I have had the WWE Network app for about a month now and have been unable to stream content.

Was unable to view Wrestlemania as well.

My ratings level is unrestricted so there should be no issue there.

I contacted WWE Network and have had no response for a few days.

 

For some reason after trying for about 45 mins it finally worked, dont know why, i would delete this post if i knew how haha.

Try doing it through this link instead. My console has issues sometimes with the store but if I do it through the Microsoft website it works and begins downloading as soon as I turn my Xbox back on. Good luck!
