    ok so i wanted to rent a movie from xbox live market place on xbox360. and everytime i do i get this message that pops up on my screen "youre not allowed to make purchases with this account" i dont understand. i just bought a minecraft texture pack like
    a week ago, i have enough money on my account but for some reason it wont let me buy any movies. can someone please help me
