Unable to purchase Tier 10 coin packs

    Unable to purchase Tier 10 coin packs


    I have purchased all but 2 of the mash up packs on my windows 10 edition as I load it and let my kids connect to it on their ipad, its great to see what they can get up to. I made a purchase of two Tier 10 coin packs to which my account wasn't credited
    any. My balance before and after both purchases was 100 coins.

    After contacting Microsoft support who got me to run a utility to check for errors to which there was possibly a store cache error so was asked to run WSRESET.EXE .

    This never resolved the issue so was then asked to reset my minecraft date in system/settings/app/data. This is when things just got weird. Yeah first off I hadn't backed up any of my worlds..... AAARRRGGGGHHHH lol

    My kids are going to actually kill me !!

    When I then logged into minecraft all my purchased mashup packs were showing up with coins on them.

    I received a refund for the two failed tier 10 coin purchases but the guy stated he couldn't do anything with regards to the mashup packs.

    How can I be sure I can purchase again?

    How can I restore my lost purchases?

    Can I use Xbox Live Marketplace Points for FUT?

    Yes you have to purchase the pack(s) with Microsoft Points. You can also buy the packs with your Coins you earn in the game but you are not able to purchase the coins on the market place.

    I'm annoyed by this too. I have all the forza 5 tier BUT this! I've been stuck with 2/5 forever! I purchased the cars with credits, not purchased coins. Is that how it works? In the beggining I bought some cars with purchased coins. anyhow, sharing
    my frustration.

    I also just purchased the 9.99 coin pack on 8/7/15 and did not receive them. But when I tried to buy the 1.99 coin pack it worked just fine. Help please

    Same thing! And this is recently after I lost my already purchased items and coins! Not at all pleased with this. A week later I'm still waiting on a reply from support re: the lost packs and coins.

    It could always go back to getting absolutely nothing for achievements and gamerscore.
    Honestly it might as well, I'd have to get 50,000 gamerscore to be able to get any items in the first tier of rewards. 10 trove dragon coins here I come! :)
