Unable to purchase things

So I’m not able to buy anything from the Microsoft store or even in in game purchases because it says that there was an error in the store to be exact and this has been happening for the past week and it’s very inconvenient because I missed out on bundles
and skins on Fortnite because the store wasn’t working and this needs to be fixed as soon as possible. How can I or Microsoft fix this?

I would suggest double checking your payment method, make sure it is up to date. That has caused me issues before as well.

Hi I tried this but it still says error on my screen. Theres a bundle on fortnite that I want to buy and the Microsoft store doesn’t let me make a purchase.

I would make sure you have enough to cover the taxes and surcharges and that the payment info matches the profile info.

Have you also tried purchashing these items through the Xbox app? You can access the Store and purchase games, DLC's etc through the app as well, so until you can get this resolved, I would also give that a try.
