Unable to purchase stuff off the xbox live marketplace with current Microsoft point.

This is the message I am currently getting when trying to purchase anything with the Microsoft points I have in my account. I currently do not use, and never have, a credit/debit card to purchase content off of the xbox live marketplace. I only use the
prepaid card you can buy at Gamestop. When I went to my Microsoft account page for billing it said that my Microsoft account points were declined. I also noticed that I have $21.88 that I was unable to pay which confuses me. It is associated with xbox live
music pass. I had the music pass on auto renewal and recently turned that off after getting multiple messages about Microsoft being unable to charge my account for the 1 month music pass, and after doing that I still got messages until the 6th of may which
said my subscription was canceled. Was I charged for the music pass even though I do not have a credit/debit card associated with my account? I would appreciate it if someone could give me a hand with this issue. I also apologize for how long this was.

@Tr3mblett - If you wish to use your currency you will need to purchase what you'd like on your Xbox 360 console. You cannot use your currency in your Microsoft Account to purchase an Xbox LIVE Gold membership. The currency can only be used to purchase items
in the Xbox LIVE Marketplace or Windows Phone Store at the current point in time.

 

You will need to contact support directly to speak to billing for assistance with this issue. That code is related to a billing violation which is probably the music pass, so they will be the only ones who can help you with it. 1-800-4my-xbox or
