Unable to purchase Star Wars Republic Commando (HELP) (SUPPORT)

I'm having trouble buying Star Wars Republic Commando for my Xbox One. I go through the normal process but once I get to "Confirm Purchase", it fails. It says "Sorry, your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again." I've tried buying the
game through Xbox and PC but neither works. Quite frustrating. (Yes I've tried restarting my internet, signing out and then back in, using US proxies, clearing cache, using a different browser)

I'm using my PayPal account that's linked to my Xbox account and it's never given me problems before. I've always been able to buy games just fine until now. Any help from community members and support staff would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
