Unable to purchase SOME Xbox360 backwards compatible games

Dear Microsoft people,

I am experiencing difficulties purchasing your games.

I have no issue with XboxOne games and some Xbox360 games such as Witcher 2 (which i purchases 10 minutes ago)

However, I was unable to purchase the free "Grid2" last month, which I wasn't too fussed about as I wanted to get it seeing as it was free.

I am currently trying to purchase Lego pirates of the caribbean for £2.24 and South Park: Stick of Truth for £7.49, but am constantly greeted to a

"Sorry, your purchase cannot be completed at this time, Please try again"

No error code or other information is given. This only happens with some games and doesn't resolve after waiting a period of time. I don't think it's due a region issue, otherwise it would not be shown as available.

Please advise on how to fix said issue.

Unavailable Tomb Raider for XBOX 360 on new XBOX One S

Is it mean that not all XBOX360 games is compatible with XBOX One ?

Where I can find full official comparability list ?

 

In India am not able to buy Call of Duty black ops from Xbox.com to play in Xbox one

I don't have xbox 360.Only having a Xbox One. Many backward compatible games are available to buy in Xbox Backward compatible store from xbox one.But some games are not available like Call of Duty black ops. Whenever I am going to purchase it from store
it's saying u 've to buy it from xbox.com or from xbox 360.But some games are not available to purchase in xbox.com from INDIA like call of duty black ops.So we are not enjoying some backward compatible game to purchase from India from Xbox.com.Why should
I suffer for that?? MS make backward compatible games purchasable from any store.It;s really disgusting .....thnks in advance for a suitable solution...ASAP

You mentioned that you don't believe it to be a region issue, does the region of your account match where you are physically located? Cross-region accounts can cause trouble depending on your physical locale. Be sure your console is set to the correct region.

wait.... changed my profile to region to China. Still getting the error message! @Mister Maka

 

You don't just change your console location your must change your account region

This has to be done on the website not the console

Under my account and change my region

Then after its complete upto 30 days later you can change the locale of the console to match

 

i changed it on the xbox website. my console was already set to china
