    Unable to purchase Premium. Please help!


    I tried to purchase Premium Service with Windows 10 computer, but the game insists that there is already an existing service (expiration date 9/11/2016). When I click "Upgrade to Premium" it says that this application-specific product is no longer available
    and asks me to choose another product.

    I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the game, and to sing out and sing in again. Didn't work. I contacted support, but they were unable to help me with this, since they're more focused on Xbox gaming. Now I'm stuck with ads and small tables. Please help.

    BF4 Premium redeem points purchased?

    Hi everyone I have BF4 and want to get premium but I am unable to to redeem points that I purchased and now HAVE one xboxone, but everytime I go to purchase the premium xbox wants me to use a credit card and there is no other option that I can find to
    redeem my points for the purchase. Please help.

    I followed the FAQ to the troubleshooting program, and that revealed the problem. "windows store cache may be damaged". I've tried several solutions for that, and nothing helps. When I was searching the solution, I realised that many others have the same
    problem. I've been lucky, this jigsaw problem is the only one I'm having, but other Windows 8 & 10 users have massive troubles with this.

    Is there something I can try? Is Microsoft working a solution for this?
