    Unable to purchase on XB1


    why can I not purchase this on my console in the Xbox store or online in the marketplace? Every time I attempt to pay, the transaction does not go through because "cannot be completed at this time", no other reason. Valid credit card, physical, ip, and
    card address are in North America. I have spoken with two different reps and the second said to ask someone with a 360 to buy it for me!!! What kind of solution is that?! The only people I trust like that own an XB1!!...or a PlayStation (implied consideration
    of changing consoles). Is there anyone else that has been able to solve this problem, since Microsoft doesn't have the integrity to do so?

    Fusion Frenzy XB1

    This game is only showing up for purchase on the 360 store not XB1. Is there any way currently to purchase this digitally and play via backwards compatibility on my XB1 currently?

    When I turn XB1 on, it wont let my wife's laptop connect to her work VPN. Why?

    Is there a setting I can change on the XB1 or my router to fix this problem?

    If the XB1 is on, her laptop loses its connection to the work VPN and is unable to get it back until I turn the XB1 off. We cant change any settings on her computer because it's government issued.

    Not all games are available in all regions and it sounds like you may not physically be in a supported region. You mention that you have a North American IP but where are you physically located? This will help us look into things a bit more.

    Games with Gold missing

    I'm having the same issue. Was purchasing/reserving the Games with Gold for XB1 since April and just got my XB1 last month. Was able to get August's and this month's free games no problem but was unable to download anything from before then.

    Xbox Live Update!

    Chances are if you were unable to resolve the network issue in your local network for updating your 360, the XB1 will suffer from the same issues.
