    Unable to purchase minecraft


    I have no outstanding charges in my microsoft account. My region matches with the minecraft region I am trying to purchase. My credit cards are accepted recently for purchases in Amazon US or SG.

    I have tried using 2 different credit cards from 2 different SG banks, and even PayPal. All 3 methods brought me to the same issue:

    "We're having trouble processing your payment and we'd like to get it sorted out"

    i called support, did all their steps, and nothing.

    so its the Marketplace, i know it might be hard to accept thats its the marketplace Xbox people, but it certainly is.
