    Hi

    I have added around Rs. 3399 to my microsoft account and tried to purchase Minecraft for Windows 10 Master Collection.

    Unfortunately I cannot able to proceed with the purchase as I am unable to purchase.

    Can you please check what's the reason? I have enough money in my account to make this purchase

    Did you buy "Minecraft Master Collection" or "Minecraft for Windows 10 Master Collection"? The first is only for the console. You would need to purchase the Window 10 edition to play it on PC.

    If you purchased the wrong version, you'll want to submit a refund request and then purchase the correct version.
