Unable to purchase Microsoft Solitaire Collection Premium for Windows 10

I've been trying for days now.

First it would get stuck after entering my Paypal details and the [BUY] button would be unclickable. Then I tried to remove my Paypal account and re-add it, which seemed to work but then it got stuck again with the [BUY] button not working. Now I keep getting
the same response:

{Give it another try. Something went wrong.} With a different code every time and the current date and time. But how often do I have to try again before it works?

I've uninstalled Microsoft Solitaire Collection and re-installed it after restarting my laptop, but that did nothing.

Can somebody help me out?

Purchase Premium on iOS

I am unable to purchase a Premium Subscription to Microsoft Solitaire Collection on either my iPad or iPhone running iOS 10.2.

I do have a Premium Subscription on my Windows 10.

I also created a new Xbox ID to try to purchase it on my iOS devices and that did not work either.

I already have a Microsoft account and want to know how to upgrade to the Premium Edition of Microsoft Solitaire Collection using Windows 10?

pretty much the same problem. i've lost my 1 year premium after 10 months of proper work!

I have lost access to my Premium Edition as well that doesn't expire until October. Once I completed the update to the Windows Anniversary Edition, 1607, is when this happened. Every now and then (maybe 1 in 10 times) it will come up as Premium Edition,
but most of the time it doesn't. I'm having no trouble with the Microsoft Mahjong Collection only the Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

Make sure you are logged into Solitaire collection with the same microsoft account with which your purchased the premium upgrade.
