    Unable to purchase live with my Visa Card


    I've used this card numerous of times for Xbox and other things, I use the card daily and I'm trying to purchase live because I've ran out and it's telling me to try a different payment method and it's giving me an error code. I also looked at the Xbox status
    and it says something about having a problem downloading purchased items would this have anything to do with that?

    Getting Error PBR9012 when buying Xbox live gold.

    Everytime i try to purchase xbox live gold using my VISA debit card i have started to get this error. It is weird since this card has been previously used for successful purchases on the xbox store . Please help me out with this

    Sorry to hear it. If you are unable to purchase a membership card for your account or want to take advantage of a deal but can't use your card then try setting up a paypal account. It is accepted as a payment method if you do not have a valid credit card

    Thanks for your post! If you're using a Visa Debit gift card, the store may have some issues processing the order. These payment methods are unable to be used with subscriptions and in addition, will not behave well in the normal store. You could go and
    purchase a Microsoft Account currency gift card with your Visa Debit gift card and use that to purchase the game and DLC you're attempting to buy.
