    So I'm trying to buy the season pass for Saints Row the Third and it's saying this nonsense. I'm pretty sure all my privacy settings are right as I've bought many things on the store before. Plz halp

    If you have a friend which has an 360 you could sign in with your account on that console and make the purchase. Digital purchases are always tied to the account which bought them. So after that you should be able to download it on your xbox one.

    This error means that the Microsoft account that you're trying to use to make the purchase doesn't have the ability to make the purchase.
    Child and teen accounts are prevented from making purchases in the Xbox 360 Marketplace. Changing your Microsoft account age or your purchase settings won't resolve this issue.

    To resolve this issue, purchase or download the content on your Xbox 360 console.
