    Unable to Purchase In-Game Content


    for the past 3 weeks I have not been able to make in game purchases. When I try and click on an item to purchase while in the game something flashes on the screen for 1/2 second then instead of the Xbox billing screen showing up nothing happens and I'm still in the game. The content isn't listed in the store, the only way to purchase it is in game. I noticed it in Gems Of War but I think it's happening in other games too but I really only play this one game and their tech support said it was nothing on their end. Happening on both my Xbox Series S and Xbox One Consoles. This has happened before for a day or two but usually the next update seems to fix it rather quickly. Anyone else having this problem or have a solution?

    I should mention, I'm on alpha skip ahead ring and I have reported the problem a couple weeks ago via the Xbox Report-a-Problem console app.

    I have been on support chat for about an hour each time almost every other day for 4 weeks. I tried the nice guy approach and angry customer approach, not sure I have the patience to fight anymore. :)

    It either a glitch. Or that your card expiring soon. I would check your card and see if it that case. And if it not. Keep trying to called support.
