    i have a xbox one and i am want to buy the gold membership but i am unable to do that. i have given all the necessary details. it always shows the same message at the final stage of billing i.e "Try that again Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit
    might help." i have been trying from the past week but no possible outcomes are visible.

    If your attempting to purchase a LIVE membership and are unable to from the website, please try to purchase the gold membership on the console and see what sort of error you get if anything at all.

    Which region are you physically located in? Additionally, have you tried purchasing a membership on Xbox.com instead of an Xbox console (or vice-versa)? Lastly, please include the full error code you receive so we can narrow down the issue. Thanks!

    If you did not receive a card, then I think you will still need to purchase the membership. Usually, those deals with the Live Membership come with a card or it is on your receipt. If you are unable to find the code, then you will need to purchase a regular
    Gold membership on your Xbox.
